Tristan is home !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lauren and Tristan came home yesterday, I got back from Switzerland a few hours ago.
I will not show you the picture of him all hooked up with pipes and tubes, it broke my heart to see him, and when he had to have blood taken, it was horrid. He spent a few days in ICU , then the paediatric ward. Once he could manage being off oxygen for 24 hours the Dr said Lauren could take him home. He is remarkable , seeing what he has been thru.Lauren is totally exhausted as she had to sleep on a recliner chair in the hospital.
Now in the picture , the bear with Tristan is a Steiff teddy that I got him in Switzerland. It is a replica of the 1902 bear and 7000 pieces have been made world wide. At the moment BP is bigger than Tristan. When I took the picture earlier on, Tristan was due for a feed and as you can see was not all that happy, but the little face he is pulling wants to make me eat him up.
I want to say a BIG THANK YOU for your caring thoughts, reading them, was very special, and I will print them out and share them with Lauren.
I have of course come home to be told that my son is ill, hopefully this will soon clear but hubby said it was frightning. They were away when Dale woke up in the middle of the night with half of his face paralysed. It has been diagnosed now and he is on medication and having phsio , so in 3- 12 weeks all should be back to normal,
the saying it never rains but pours !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh! Bless his sweet heart What a beautiful baby. I am happy for you that they are home now.
God Bless.
I so pleased that all went well. My first daughter who is now 34 had to spend her first 4 days in ICU...even worse was I was in a different hospital and had to depend on family members for news!
Now all you have to do is enjoy watching him grow up!

Oh...look at that little face...what a sweet little bubba. Poor thing having to go through so much in such a short little lifespan.
Big Hugs to you...give that precious baby and gentle kiss on the head for me!!!
Such a precious little one!! So glad things are getting better. Oh my !! Your son !! Was it Bells paulsie? It will take a while but will get better. My friend had it a few years back .

Oh, YAY for your happy outcome! Love that sad little baby face. As my dad would say, "A bird could perch on that lower lip." Too cute.
Hope EVERYONE in your circle is feeling better soon, Lynette.
I thank God that this precious little one is ok now. I will be praying for your son's quick recovery.
Great news, Lynette!! Tristan looks so rosy and beautiful, I'd never guess he'd been through so much!
Now that he's in the care of that big beautiful Teddy, he'll be fine . . . though he looks as if he's saying, 'I'm not sure, but I think this bear wants to eat me!'
I hope Lauren gets lots of lying-down sleep for a change (been there, but it was a straight chair, and the nurses wanted me out) and your son's condition clears . . . it does sound a bit like Bell's, which put my dentist out of commission for a bit.
Sending continued blessings for Tristan & everyone in your family! What a special little one!
Hugs &
Awe Sweetheart! Bless you and your family and prayers for a full and speedy recovery for all. Take a day to reflect and pamper yourself!

Fantastic news Lynette! Tristan is a beautiful little boy you must be so relieved that he is doing so well now. I hope Lauren is taking it easy, I know just how exhausting it is whilst staying in hospital with a child.
Give Tristan a cuddle from me, he deserves all the cuddles he can get, bless him!
I hope your son soon feels well again. Give him my best wishes!
Hugs Jane.

Hi Lynette,
Tristan is such a cutey! He doesn´t look to happy on the picture for the moment but he´s not angry.
Poor soul had to go through so much already!
I can imagine how scared you must have been!
I wish him and his family all the best and that his guardian angel will be beside him all the time!
Good luck!
