Wow, that is amazing!!! I'd LOVE to have a coffee like that!

I had a similar thing when I was in Spain - I had a cheesecake with a rasperry coulis and they had used different sauces to create a rose on the plate - it was fab!

It's just frothed milk. When you have a latte or cappucino etc the milk is frothed by pumping hot air into it.
