I really need some and can't find anything reasonable on line.....

Is there anyone here,  who has a resouce, who doesn't expect you to buy a whole yard?

I thought about buying a whole yard, but since I only need it for eyes I think I would be about 129 year old by the time I used up a yard......sigh........that's pretty old.

I may not want to do gollies by then, I may be spending all my time at Chipindales.....

Do they even exist anymore?

What???  It could happen.....I want to be like the Itallian mother on the Golden Girls.

HA!  I don't have any, Dilu, mostly because I don't have a resource for it myself and so haven't used it in my work much.

Good luck!

Jane from Mo beary's has it in her website store Diane!!! and it is really reasonably priced...although she isn't in the vendors just click on her website in her profile. and it is actually white not creamy...go to the white and like colors and pull down to get to the white.

Found it for you, in the last one http://members.shaw.ca/paws2sew/shopping/paws.htm

Hi Dilu,
I found pure white on Edinburgh...you can buy a 9x9 square for like $5 or something.
Hope that helps!!

Stephanie has pure white in her www.sassybearsandfabrics.com store.  Although it's small $2 pieces, if you buy more than one, you get the two pieces before they are cut - i.e.  one piece (could I have explained that any more badly??)  She is on holiday for a few days though...

oh and I meant to say, it's not as thick as some of the other whites that I have purchased, so it's perfect for eyes

Dilu,

If you need a small piece to finish something you have started I can send you some to do that. Boy I bought mine a long time ago. I think I went to a Jo Ann Fabrics and special ordered it , but I am sure there must be an easier way. Let me know what you find so when I need some down the road I will know where to go.

Thank you everyone....I did find another area on E where you could buy a smaller piece....and

Melissa

you explained it perfectly.

Jodi

Thanks so much for the offer....I just use it for golly eyes, and am getting a little low.

I don't know about you guys but I get nervous when i can see the end of something.....the hamster in me.....

Krista,

I also went to your suggested web site....nice....

So I shall simply go ahead and order from E....they have Magna Tac glue my very favorite.

at least they used to have it...........

gollyhugs to everyone

Isn't it funny how stressed people get when a particular supply is running low.

Its like when you're knitting - your brain tell you you haven't enough yarn left to finish the row - but you start anyway and knit as fast as you can so you can get to the other end before it runs out

Yep!!!  I've done that both knitting and crocheting.  Heck I get nervous if I get down to 8 rolls of TP....Were running out!!!

The sky is falling!!!

Dilu,
If you are referring to Edinburgh as E, they no longer have the Magna Tac.  I tried to order it in July and was told they no longer have it.
Sorry to burst your bubble!
