I was wondering what sort of details you record when you sell your bears...ie income & expenditure....I'm trying to set up a spreadsheet but am not sure if I've remembered to include everything...

maybe it was deleted? I put down all the little things like birth, who i sold it to, country, address, email, on the bear side I note material cost, cost of bear, packaging costs, profit.
I'm sure other people had better ideas as I don't run my accounts as a business as such. I don't earn enough to make it matter to my disability payments...so i don't have a clue about taxes and stuff!
