Until yesterday, the days were pretty warm for this time of the year.

Yesterday morning I did not realise it was cold outside, and did not dress myself warm enough!

I took my bike for a short ride and .... caught a cold.

Damned!

For breakfast this morning I ate a lot of honey and will do it until I feel better. A chance I love honey! I even added some honey in my chocolate!

I hope I will manage to get rid of that cold before next wednesday as i will be beginning my teaching position.

Well, if I need some medicines, I have an appointment with my GP on thursday so i can still ask!

Poor You Sophie! I hope your cold goes soon...wrap yourself up nice and warm, have lots of hot drinks and take a good does of vitimin C.

I know how you feel Sophie...I STILL have a cold that I caught last week - it really knocked me for 6 as I haven't been ill for 18 months!

Sofa, duvet, soup, tea and chocolate!!!

There is my cure for a cold.

I must admit I'm freezing!!! I have no heating in the house as central heating has died. So at the moment I'm dressed up like grizzly adams. I'm quite surprised I haven't caught a cold yet!!!

As for you Claire: No heat? That is not good!! Clarire is there someplace else you can go until the heat is fixed. Oh I  hope you will be o.k.....

I cannot say i am much better yet.
But my throat sounds less sore than yesterday this morning.

In a way i am lucky as due to admin thingies, my teaching position as not begun yet so I may have at least one more week to get better.

I don't go outside when not necessary as it is still very cold.

Today, I have to do some shopping though and i won't resist going to my ocal craft shop to see if there is something great to buy...

Join the club Sophie, i have been so ill with bad cold that i am considering not bothering to get out of bed for the rest of the winter just in case i catch another one!!
