It came up in discussion a few days ago about giving a new teddy a proper greeting. My Plain Jane by Diane, arrived yesterday and I haven't been able to do any work, so today I played with her and Theodore, my latest bear on Ebay, and took some pictures. Thought you might like to see. - okay, so I'll never grow up LOL!
hugs,
Brenda
Brenda: what a lovely bear. Great picture too.
Brenda -
I firmly believe that when someone grows too old to play with dollies or bearsies that they swiftly become boring!
Adorable photos - Theodore and Plain Jane complement each other so beautifully. Reminds me that I have to take pics of two of the bears in my collection together to send to the creator of one of them - see your not alone in the playing!
That's so sweet Brenda! And you must have had such fun playing with these two......who says we ever have to grow up anyway?!
It was love at first sight....destined to be star crossed lovers!!! (sigh)
Warmest bear hugs,

Oooh that is soooo cute, what a shame they can't be together

It so nice to see them together. Our bears come from the same era for sure.Could you not make her a wee friend ??/they look nice together,a darker shade would go well.Oh dear I am losing my marbles here???

Diane,
No you're not, that's exactly what I'm going to do - in fact, I really like both the colours of mohair pieces that you sent me. I might make one up in each colour to see which I like best with her - I'm thinking the brown one would be a nice contrast.
hugs,
Brenda
How very sweet - Plain Jane and Theodore are adorable and the photos are fun.

Thanks for the lovely posts, everyone. Well, poor Theodore is sold, but going to a wonderful home. He is in the cabinet, trying to get used to being alone. Jane is with me as I'm typing. I really don't seem to be able to put her down LOL! Jane and I will both shed a few tears as we wave goodbye to Theodore, but I hope to have a new friend made for her soon!
hugs,
Brenda
