I wasn't sure whether to post this or not, but I felt the need to vent, so here goes...
My cousin Bobbie-Lynne was in a fatal car accident at 2:00 am last Saturday, Jan. 20th, 2007. We got the call from my aunt at 5:18 am letting us know what happened. Needless to say, this loss has been devastating to my entire family. We had the viewings on Monday and Tuesday and the funeral was Wednesday morning and it was soooo touching to see the massive amount of people that came and payed their respects. Bobbie-Lynne was an angel and always had a smile on her face. She enjoyed her career as a Personal Support Worker in a nursing home as well as in the community setting and loved helping people in any way she could. She was 22 years old and left behind her mother and father, 2 younger sisters and a younger brother as well as her 7 month old son Brady.
Thanks For Listening...
Jeremy

Oh Jeremy.....I am so sorry. My thoughts, prayers, and deepest sympathy go out to you and your family. I wish you peace during and after this difficult time.
This is just so tragic and my heart breaks to think her son will never really know first hand what a wonderful and obviously nuturing Mother he had. Sounds like the rest of the family will surround him with love and so she will live on in her son. May you find the strength to get through this
Hugs

Dear Jeremy: Oh what a tragic loss for you, your family and Bobby-lynns son. I find this poem conforting in times like this. I don't know the author but it is widely known. It's called Footprints in the Sand:
Footprints
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed He was walking along the beach with the LORD. Across the sky flashed scenes from His life. For each scene He noticed two sets of footprints in the sand. One belonging to Him and the other to the LORD.
When the last scene of His life flashed before Him, He looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of His life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times of His life.
This really bothered Him and He questioned the LORD about it. LORD you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me.
The LORD replied, my precious, precious child, I Love you and I would never leave you! During your times of trial and suffering when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.
