I came across this video of a cat that seems to lurrrve playing the piano - Click on the link to "Nora the piano playing cat!!  I don't think I'd have much success training my two cats to play, the moment I start playing they leave the room!!  maybe that says more about my playing than about them  bear_tongue

Hi Catherine,

Thanks for posting the link. I'm glad I keep the keyboard lid on my piano closed ... I can see being awakened in the middle of the night by my two cats trying to perform a duet. They intently watch everything we do and my playing the piano has always seemed to intrigue them.

I'm sure its not your playing they don't like, maybe you just aren't playing what they want to hear. We experience that when we listen to music, both cats seems to like different artists.
