Santa brought me Sue Ann's KAKI for Christmas. Today I noticed my still-pretty-feral/rescued boy, SEALY, snuggled up tight against KAKI in a very relaxed poze, right out in the open, in my studio -- very rare for him!. New and entirely fearless, socialized kitten JINX (yes, my boys named him after the toilet-flushing cat in Meet the Parents) just had to join in the fun!
Oh my goodness, how cute and how cool too! Obviously he has noooo problem befriending bears! :)

Shelli,
How cute is that! Even kitties need bear hugs!

Hi Shelli,
Beautiful cats! Isn't it nice that even a cat can find comfort in a teddy bear.
Hugs,
Oh, soooo cool!!! Thanks a bunch, Sealy . . . you have impeccable taste in cuddle company! That is so cute, Shelli - I'm glad the sort-of-feral feline finds comfort with Kaki. Every one of my cats adore mohair, too.
What beautiful kitties you have Shelli...
the bear ain't too bad either
Beautiful kitties and Bear and what a lovely photo.
I often find our cat snuggling up to some of my bears, if he gets half a chance.
Hugs
Carolyn
Congratulations Shelli,
It takes a lot to get a feral cat relaxes and trusting....and Sue Ann's little guy had to have been a really big help! But it also says alot for you too Madam, you have the touch!

Hi Shelli
Curious to know what happened with your dog???????????

The dogs and I have reached a new peace. I spend more time with them each day and Tim does too. We also give them more non-kenneled backyard time so they don't feel so antsy in there. Both dogs are just recovering from kennel cough which they caught while we were in Pennsylvania/DC. It's really awful, that cough! Tim took them to the vet and got some medication for them but it just takes a while for them to get over it, I guess. They're happy to frolick when it gets sunny like it's been lately!
Oh gorgeous kitties - I'm a cat lover too - Dogs can be pains in the bottums (I still love em though, how can you not!!!)
Great to hear your and the dogs are at a better place - I'm guessing it's better for everyone all round?

They are gorgeous cats Shelli and they have a great taste in bears
I am glad to hear that you are sorting your dogs out.We took our Doberman and Red Setter for a two hour walk off the lead around the coast Sunday as it was such a lovely day.We all enjoyed it.I think we walked about 3 or 4 miles and the Doberman ran about 10-he has so much energy.

Awww... my kitty is that way too... LOVES mohair! I usually don't let him in the studio, but ocassionally he finds a scrap or two in the hallway... plays with it and then curls up. I think cats love teddies as much as people!

That is so sweet. The one cuddled up next to KAKI looks like part siamese.....both are beautiful kitties.....But, I am partial to siamese since I have three of them......And to think it takes a bear to get Sealy to start warming up and socialize...how fitting is that?
