Sorry I slipped off the face of the planet, and I'm thinking of all my teddy friends, but my computer time is rather limited just now.  Our old computer got tagged by a virus and I learned a LOT more about computers than I ever wanted!!  Ended up having the hard drive crash, and I ordered in the part, got all my ducks in a row and the one and only screw I needed to unscrew to replace the faulty drive would NOT budge!!!   bear_angry   I couldn't believe it!!  So we're hoping a friend of a friend can fix it for me ~ I'm nostagically attached to my old computer.  Plus this new one's keyboard is shifted to the right, so I keep making typos ...bleah!

Ah yes, Blossom's doing peach!  She's still loving her blankies and having a grand ole time.  She does make me laugh, my girlie  bear_wub   And as spring is our best growing season for the mushrooms, we've been working like mad (probably will be for a bit).  I was lugging in a 50lb box of grain and guess who stepped into a hold dug by a skunk??   bear_whistle   Yep, I haven't sprained my ankle in over 10 years.... 10 years!!!  So I made up for the lost time  bear_wacko   Its pretty nasty, but all's intact.  The swelling's going down, and the lovely shades of purple green and yellow are starting to appear.  LOL...I look psychedelic!    At least I know all about ankles.  Within seconds that puppy was up elevated above my heart with frozen peas, arnica tablets in me, arnica rub on me, DMSO, some analgesic chinese herbs and later on some emu oil. Talk about the shotgun effect!  But hey, it worked, and its one of the fastest I've have the swelling go down.

Gee, now that I'm footless, I'll have to focus more on making my teddy bears some more ~ darn

Big hugs to my teddy friends, and I hope the sun is smiling on all of you

Oooooh . . . so sorry about your ankle, Debbie!  I broke mine a few years ago and remember about all the swelling and nice colors it turned.  Hope you're doing better and I'm glad you feel well enough to post - we've missed you!

Sorry to hear of your misfortunes, Debbie - ankle and computer. Sounds like you have the ankle well under control and hopefully it will heal up quickly for you - although I don't think you'll be carrying 50 pound sacks of anything for a while!

ouch, sorry to hear about your ankle, I also always go for the arnica, used to use it a lot if I had falls from horses!  I'm glad Blossom sweetie is still doing well and keeping all warm with her blankies, give her a cuddle from me

Take care of yourself,
Catherine
