I'm not posting anything else about our quick trip to The Big Apple.... this was DAPHNE's Day!
But I think she's still sleeping.... her plane was really late!
But I couldn't stop myself from at least saying how incredible it was to see Dallas aka Cappucino in bearson!
Naturally we bragged to the Steiff salesperson that we KNOW the artist who designed him! If only I could have brought him home.... but I promised hubby
Yes Sue Ann Cappucino is awesome. I went to my friend's bears shop and ask if she would be having Cappucino but my friend Steve had beeten me to it and bought him. I'm now waiting for another copy of Cappucino to arrive.
Hugs Jane.
How COOL!! Thanks, ladies, for letting me know he's out and about in the shops. I bought one off ebay from a shop in the Netherlands - else I would still not know what he looks like in bearson. I really hope he sells well for Steiff!
Hope Daphne had a great time at the signing!
Sue Ann..... personally....cappucinno is missing the finishing touches only YOU could give him but he's still very cute and echo's your style very nicely!!! I love him and am proud of your connection!
I had a blast... Laura and I both did. It was such an exciting day, then a long night of flight problems... I'm just a wee bit exhausted from it all but I'll go through pictures and get them up tonight or tomorrow along with details of my chats with Rhiannon Wryn and her family, Robert Shaye, director of the "The Last Mimzy" and of course Robert Tonner!
That is where you have been Laura. Missed you!
