Dale did his first Iron man while I was in away in Japan. He is already a keen mountain bike cyclist and his dad would ahve participated with him but as he snapped both bones in his arm coming off his mountain bike last November Dale had to go it alone.

Which reminds me, when Dale was a little boy he wanted to go on one of the roller coaster rides, which father hates, as I had already been a few times ( I luv them) father said OK, he would go with Dale, They were strapped in, and the seater moved along, before taking off, Dale was so small he, on second thoughts decided this was far to scary so was able to slip out of the safety straps, leaving dear father to take the ride on his own.  bear_grin  bear_grin  bear_grin

A very sick looking father eventually got off !!!!! much to our amusement, which he said I had arranged from the start.

Here are some of the pictures of Dale.
