I've had a craving for Mississippi Mud for about a month now, and I've been fighting it.  Mom used to make it when we were kids. Totally not diet food whatsoever, but its fab for curing a chocolate craving  bear_tongue

Basically you make a brownie mix with walnuts, let it bake for roughly 10-15 minutes, then add a layer of chocolate chips (dark chocolate in my case) and then a layer of mini marshmellows and let it bake for another 10-15, just until the mini marshmellows are toasted.  Let it cool for at least 10 minutes and then be sure not to eat too much!   bear_laugh

    Tell me about it!  I've been incredibly 'good' trying to eat healthy and exercising, but this craving simply would NOT go away.  I think I've fixed my craving for another 15 years  bear_rolleyes

Louise, I'd send you some, but I sincerely doubt it would make it through customs!!  I can actually see the customs guys having their tea and snarfing your Mississippi Mud, saying "no, seriously, we think there may have been something hidden in there, so we tested it!"
