Today was one of those days where I just wish I could have gone back to bed. Ya know, when everything just gets worse. Just stupid stuff that annoys the bejeebers out of you. BUT....there is always one thing that just totally changes my attitude everytime -Rainbows. There is just something so magical about them that just gives me this amazing sense of peace. I know I'm wierd Well, tonight I caught a hint of one from my front yard. I jumped in the car and went "rainbow chasing" as I always do. I drove to the ocean, only 10 minutes away, and there was the most beautiful complete rainbow over the beach- I've never seen that in all my life. I feel totally rejuvenated and refreshed. I needed that today and took the time to actually stop and see it.
Sometimes we need to stop and enjoy the simple things in life.
I though I'd share what I saw. I hope it brightens your day too.
On the way to the Ocean beach ( Actually there is a hint of a second rainbow to the left if you loko closely)

Wow . . . very awesome, Tammy . . . thanks!
Very peaceful!!!! I'm a rainbow chaser , too! Thanks for sharing your rainbow
Holy Smokes look at that gorgeous view you have!! Wow, I'm totally jealous (in a good way!). That first shot is just lovely..winding road, the woods, a beach and a full RAINBOW to boot!!!
10 minutes either way lands me at a gas station.... closest thing to a rainbow is a pack of Skittles
Thank you for sharing your pics!! Just awesome

WOW! what beautiful colours your photos have. That rich blue is to die for. Gorgeous
Rainbows and beachs certainly do go together
I just love to see a rainbow. I saw a couple here yesterday. The weather here was crazy, we had wind, rain, hail and bright sunshine that dried the rain up very quickly then the next downpour would happen. I got soaked trying to buy storage boxes for my son.
Beautiful pictures Tammy, thanks for sharing, I wish I lived ten minutes from the beach.
Hugs Jane.
Beautiful and what a lovely place to get away to. I could do with abit of that calm and peace at the mo - I'm going to get a good english cuppa tea and sit here for a while looking at your photos and drift away...................................... aaahhhhh bliss - many thanks Tammy
Hugs Ali x
I am totally landlocked. The only water I drive past is the reservoir...and only if I drive for over 20 mins... sometimes the sailing or rowing club is out there enjoying our "lake".....
But... Mother Nature gives me rainbows too... thank goodness. The other day after a particularly wild wind, hail and lightning storm... I saw my first triple rainbow... one above and a double almost immediately under it. That was pretty amazing... and brilliant, vivid colours too. On other days I am like Wendy... watching the antics of different birds in the birdie bath and garden areas. They are like mini clowns when it comes to "going ons". Must fill their little pool today - it is going to be another hot one. They love to come for a drink and a little swim.
wow, great photos' thanks for sharing them
Isn't that gorgeous Tammy. I saw one the other day and it was so bright! The colour so rich. Amazingly beautiful
I just stopped by again today to take a look....SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO beautiful and peaceful !!!
