LuxembearsHi guys. I was feeling quite ill ( shoulder surgery yesterday)when the phone rang so I almost did not answer it. Apparently Claire from Teddy Bear Club International has been trying to email me, but it kept bouncing back.
Anyway, she wanted to tell me that my two entries were both nominated for a British Bear Award and one of them was nominated in two categories. This is so exciting to me for two reasons, one, this is my first time entering and even more special is that I am British born so this is very near to my heart and roots.
If my wording is a bit funny I apologize. My arm is quite sore and my pain meds are making me a bit goofy (more than normal 
)

I paid and was intending to enter the 'bare bear 16"+' category but unfortunately I didn't get the bear finished in time for the closing date for photo entries and I'm so glad I didn't now - mine would have looked rather pathetic next to yours!! 
....he will be for sale on my stand instead.
I would put money on it that one of your bears will win Best in Show!! And it would be completely deserved! :hug:
Which one was nominated for 2 categories? I didn't know that you could have the same bear in 2 categories.
