Not sure if I have put this in the right place.

This is our new property.....1/2 an acre with farm views. Small community with a general store, butcher shop and most important a PUB.

Hope to start the renos in about 3 months when we have decided what we want to add... it changes every day.

As you can see when it rains a little creek appears in the back yard...it quickly disappears though..

Denise what a beautiful property - I've never been to Gippsland before, but I've heard it's a lovely area. Good luck with your renno's - be sure to have a drink for us at your local!

I noticed that you were from St Georges Basin before you moved - did you live in the Shoalhaven long? I am at Orient Point (but we don't have a local pub - only the corner store & takeaway but plenty of beautiful views over the river & headland)

Denise, it looks lovely, the landscape is so lush and green! Congratulations, I love the house and the yellow color against all the green! Have fun and keep us posted on how you are progressing!

Thanks everyone, it is a peaceful place..

Here are a few inside shots. The kitchen will be gutted and replaced, and the timber floors have to be re-levelled. The main reno is adding a family room across the back, but still trying to keep the atmosphere of the house intact.
