IMG_3633.JPGIMG_3630-1.JPGIMG_3631.JPGI made this for my daughter for her 1st birthday! 12" monkey in vintage doll playsuit, in banana yellow of course! She has 8 mm antique boot button eyes. And yes, I let my daughter play with the monkey. I never leave her alone to play with her toys, I'm always there, it's securely sewn, and she doesn't even pull at they eyes etc.
I'm pretty happy with the design, I think she is quite monkey-like! The tail stays curled up without help.
She is calling on an antique telephone to order more bananas!
