I officially don't know what I'm doing. I tried both sellersourcebook and auctiva.com and have already had to cancel them both due to not understanding how to set up the auction template. I couldn't figure out either of those places and now I'm so frustrated. I just want an attractive background for ebay with large photos of my critters. I'm not computer savvy at all. Can someone please help me?

Hi Eliza,
I think you've been directed to all of "the usual suspects" for auction templates.
If you're willing to look at Auctiva again (that's the service I use), it's as easy as going to 'Listings,' 'Create New,' then scrolling down to the big blue square that says "Select Template." They also provide quick technical help answers, in my experience, in case you need help with setting shipping & insurance preferences, uploading photos, etc.
You might also look at Etsy.com under 'services' if you want to hire someone to do this for you, or I guess eBay members also offer such services.
Good luck!

Thanks Danger Bears!

I went back to Auctiva and played around with it until I finally got it to work. Now I've got a beautiful Victorian template for my bears. I'm very happy that I figured it out. Thanks for the input!

Well-done, Eliza!   And they are very good about getting back to you if you have any questions.

I look forward to seeing your next auction.
