I love these guys. They are from another time, very long ago. They have a very difficult time fitting into our modern times but they are so worth our care. Sweet, gentle creatures.
Karen
Awwwwwwwwww such a cute film I love the one who plops down with his teddy and the two sharing some food - priceless
But my favourite is the last one of the chair - he looks like something out of the muppet show!
OMG - this is soooooooooo cute - you start getting tired looking at them - life can be so wonderful they seem to say - just sit down and have a nap ....... hahahaha - thank you for sharing it with us
OMG - they are just too gorgeous for words.
Lovely, adorable creatures!
adorable little ones - now I want one for my self (as plush, that is)
Ariane
Oh I am in love.... That was a sweet as anything I have ever seen
Thanks Becky,
Joanne
Eeee, thanks for the sloth vid!
That was so sweet, I had to watch it more than once. I love the two sharing the green bean. They sure aren't a pretty animal, but that was a different side of them I have ever seen. I wonder how come there are so many in an orphanage? I have not seen many stories about the sloth. Once in awhile I see them on the discovery channel. so it was a refreshing video to see and they are so slow and sweet little creatures.
thanx so much for sharing.
I'm very happy that you all like the video clip!
I wonder how come there are so many in an orphanage?
Under the clip, there's a bit of info about how the mothers are lost. It seems that being sweet, slow, and gentle doesn't equip one for modern life very well.

Oh my, what a delight to watch these beautiful (?) creatures.
Karen is right: they do seem to be from a totally different time, even a bit alien.
I think they should make this a compulsory video for all overworked, overhurried, living-in-the-fast-lane people (present company included) .
No wonder the grown up sloths have such a hard time surviving in this world .
I'm feeling all relaxed and sleepy now ... must sit down ... want to close my eyes ... aaaahhhh.
Thank you for sharing that with us, Becky ! You're an angel  .
Hugs,
Peter, Vincent & the bears
Karen is right - they are virtually prehistoric.
When the mammals superseded the dinosaurs there was a GI-NORMOUS creature called the Giant Sloth. The sloths of today are literally minature versions of them.
I must say I really do think they are gorgeous - not pretty perhaps, but certainly not cute-ugly either (in my opinion). Is the Slow-Loris a sloth?
       These animals are wonderful examples of 'keep it slow and simple' . . . something I've not learned yet in my 69 years. In the times that I grew up, sloth was equal to being lazy - not a quality that was admired or allowed in my childhood. What a pleasant little creature!!
They are beautiful! My children enjoyed this video too... what wonderfully sweet creatures!
Thank you for sharing!
Excellent, I loved the one with his toy giraffe that just toppled over while holding him, the two sharing the green bean, the one with the incurable itch, and the one at the end that looked like some wise bhuddist creation!
They are sooooooooo cute!
ADORABLE. That one at the end in the chair, I'd like to see more of that one . The baby's are so adorable, thankfully someone is looking after them, great job.
Thanks for the link
Utterly , utterly charming and adorable!
And the two sharing a green bean must have been watching Lady & the Tramp.........
In this hectic world it's nice to see a critter who takes everything SLOWLY, and wears a SMILE all the time........what do they know that we don't?
Thanks so much for sharing

I keep coming back to watch this video again and again. They are all so sweet.
Thank you so much for posting the link Becky.
