I went to a talk given by Joan Greene at the Philadelphia convention.  It touched me so much I purchased her book and had it autographed as a blog giveaway.  It is a book for a bear lover.  More info is on the blog.

It is.  The shop was in Berkeley California.  I do not know what you know about this area but it is where the peace and love movement of the 60's was centered.  There are still a lot of gentle souls living there.
