teddy2.jpgteddy.jpgSammie is my first attempt to do eyelids and I guess that it takes a lot of practise to learn the technique. but it was a lot of fun!  ;)Next time I will buy white felt and try to put it under the eyes.

I also used clay to make claws for Sammies feet.

Ooooh, there's so many things I want to try! Thanks to you all for giving me the inspiration!  bear_wub

Oh - does he melt your heart or what?

Does he have a removable glove on or is that something else? It doesn't seem visible in the second photograph.

How tall is he?

Oh I'll shut up before I put both feet in my mouth.

Hehe, putting your feet in your mouth doesn't sound that nice! (maybe that's just because I'm a vegetarian and don't eat meat!  bear_tongue  )

Sammie has a knitted glove and he actually has it on on both pictures! Maybe it's hard to see cause he has his arm behind his head.

Hm... I haven't measured him but I think he is a tall boy, around 30 cm.

Clar, I made the claws in black clay. I did a loop of metal string and put it in the end of each claw before burning the clay in the owen. Then I stitched them on just as the eyes! And to hold them steady I put some glue under each claw.

Try it, it's a lot lof fun!  bear_thumb
