Wow they are all so beautiful bear_original We just put a ton of stuff all over the tree, doesn't look planned or anything. We also never put the tree up before 22nd or 23rd. I noticed people have angels, or santa at the top of the tree bear_original We usually have a star.

Hey bear_original

Thanks for the replies and this one is mohair bear_original

Hello everyone bear_original

I'm currently working on my very first teddy and since then when I pull out the pieces to sew I get pinkish eyes and they itch a bit.
It's not horrible, but it does get annoying. I've never had any kind of allergy before, had animals my whole life etc. but I assume it must be some kind of allergy.

My boyfriend is allergic to all kinds of animals, but has absolutely no problem when the fur isn't ON the animal.

So my question is, anyone here allergic to mohair? Still sewing teddies made of it - what do you do?
Any tips bear_original

Never heard of this bear_original but then again we don't celebrate Thanksgiving so that might be the reason why, ugh I hate christmas shopping..
I love giving people things and see a smile on their face, but the shopping part is horrible. (and I do usually love shopping :P)

Hello everyone  bear_original

(I couldn't find anything about this, and I've been looking through a ton of internet pages so far, so I figured maybe it is easier to just go ahead and ask. If there is a thread on this, please just feel free to redirect me.)

I've noticed a lot of people selling bear supplies, not that many in Denmark though.. not very many at all actually, and few with a decent homepage so it's easy to see what it is you are ordering. Not saying I will start my own little shop yet at all, but I think I'd like to further out in the future. It's a bit much to import from the US, quite expensive just for the mail, though thats the only place I've been able to find.. places like Edinburgh Imports and Intercal.

So my question is: Does anyone know (and are willing to share) any UK or German (English homepage, my german is rusty) manufactors, or even others if there is?

In advance, thanks.

- Charlotte

It looks great  bear_thumb Really nice design, the colours go well together, it's easy to read and easy to find the way around the site. Very user friendly  bear_thumb  bear_grin Thats how it is supposed to be bear_original

I'm a bit of a photographer, but I only own Canons as they fit me the best. I do know a lot with Sony, so I'll try to investigate it and return.

Getting more and more certain that when I get better at bear making I won't be selling through ebay  bear_wacko

Congratulations bear_original
On the years between your kids, well there is 7 years between me and my brother, it's just made us that much closer now I think. We haven't grown tired of each other, and as I am in my teenage years still (I am 18) I just get a lot of tips and fun out of my brother. It's fantastic.
Sure he was mocking me, breaking my barbies and what now when I was smaller.. Thats how its supposed to be I think bear_tongue But as we have gotten older I think we are closer to each other then we would have been if there wasn't many years between us. Then we would probably just yell at each other and get tired of each other all the time.

Anyways, congratulations once again  bear_thumb  bear_wub

How about other magazines, such as this Teddy Bear and Friends?

Thanks for all the answers guys bear_original I think I'll start with the I-Mag and the Magazine bear_original

Spiracy

Great idea bear_original Nice understandable instructions

Spiracy

Out of curiosity, how did you come up with the name for you and your bears?

If there is a fun story behind it, please feel free to share it  bear_original

Spiracy

So do I understand it correctly when TBCI (I know it says International in the name, but..) is not only for the UK?

Spiracy

Hello guys  bear_original

As I am new in this business and a bit of unsure of myself, I'd like to ask you all a question.
It's quite a decent amount of money for a subscription on the Magazine and this web television at Teddybear Club International. (Link is here.)

So my question is, is it worth it?

I'd love to hear your + and - on the matter   bear_original

(I apologize if there is already a thread with this, if so then please just redirect me to it, I just wasn't able to find one)

Spiracy

Aww how cute bear_original  bear_wub and a lovely name you gave her, my dog a ruby coloured Cocker Spaniel is named Mille too  bear_thumb  bear_grin

I'm a bit of a newbie, but I hope I can help with one of the questions. My boyfriend is allergic to almost everything, but he deals with the mohair just fine bear_original So if people are allergic to it, I'd think it's quite rare.

Spiracy

Woah this is the sweetest ever  bear_original Absolutely love the white end of the tail and the collar too bear_original It's really nice details.

Spiracy

Thank you so much bear_original I will go get one today right after school, and of course I will upload a picture of him when he is done  bear_grin I believe he will become very fluffy.  bear_tongue
