For artists and collectors sponsored by Intercal...your mohair supplier and Johnna's Mohair Store
Thank you!
Sugar and Spice and everything nice .... Just wanted to share this little girl. I was really happy how the bear and my photo came out.
This is a bear I created from another of Intercal's new mohairs. This is new 830s mohair in light beige. This is such a beautiful fur and I can't wait for the other colors to arrive!
Claret in her mohair sweater. She has been adopted.
Close Up of Claret.
Thank you Becky and WubbieBear! <3
It is a mohair/viscose blend I believe from Intercal. The bear is on the "Bears Available" tab at the top of the page. Or you can get to it here: http://www.vickylougher.com/store/ Bear Hugs, Vicky
This is my creation from one of the new furs being offered by our sponser. It is 850S/CW in the color of mahogany. It is very dense, but easy to work with. I sure hope there will be other colors being offered at some point in the future! :D
Mahogany is also available for adoption on my website - http://www.vickylougher.com/

I have several sewing machines but the ones that work the best (for me) for sewing bear parts are the old ones. I have an old black Singer that is so old there is not a model number on it. I think it is from the 40's. And I also have a Singer Featherweight. They only have the straight stitch and reverse. The two old Singers are the only two machines I use for the bear parts. Couldn't do without them. They sew the most perfect stitch, are heavy duty, and you can pick them up cheap.
