I had this problem with a rabbit that is my little boys. The fur fell out real easy,and now I am wondering if I can insert some more fur in it. The interesting thing is it was a slate blue. I am glad to know that washing and drying helps. The piece that I had the problem with was a little lose in the back.
He has such a loving look about him. He sure shows lots of sweet feelings. 
They are so cute. I like their little saws, and them cutting the logs.

I think I made her too big, but that dosen't matter I love her, and so do my children.

I hope you like her. In one picture Azure is posed with a more grey slate blue koala Wallie, who my little girl loves. I was amazed at how both of the slate blue furs were so different. Azure really is mostly blue.

I finally finished a harp seal pup. She was so fun to make. She is for sale on ebay, but I am a beginner so I hope she will sell. I haven't sold any critters yet.

I have a velvety glass teddy bear bank that I have had since I was four and I always thought it would be fun to make a stuffed teddy like it. Would making a stuffed version of my loved bear bank qualify for the challenge? It is a very cute bear and I stilll keep all my change in it.
Those of you who have flat bears I think they will be just fine to do, my little boy likes to use his new rabbit (the one in my avatar) as a pillow and I am always unflatening it.
