Your bear seems to be handmade. The tag and jacket or coat seems be from a Paddington Bear.

Cute bear! Your bear is British most likely made by Chad valley, Chiltern or Merrythought is most likely the lable on the foot is royal endorsement. You may want to do some research on the label itself that will help you a lot.

I saw some of her bears on eBay. They said she's passed away on some of the listings? When and how? I would appreciate anybody's help thank you. She was a great artist have  a few of her pieces.

her store was Bears N Things. Which carried many vintage teddies. I also have many of her books.She will be missed bear much.

the bear reminds me of cramer teddy bears or schuco. He most likely German.
