bear_grin Well he is done but I won't be able to take any photos until after I come back from holidays bear_tongue I'm awful!
I'm going skiing for the first time! I'm very excited and was a little worried the weekend just past as there was absolutely NO SNOW. I was having a panic attack but for the past two days its been bucketing down! I'm a bit nervous too. I'm not allowed to break anything as I've got the national indoor archery championships two week after I come back bear_tongue Back to the bear, I'm rather happy with him but I think I would like to make a bigger version with alot more detail. I'll post photos as soon as I can!

DESIGNING UPDATE:

I've been through the stage of going "oh thats disgusting..." then I would add a bit more "OH I LIKE IT!" add more "wait...no I don't"....."Thats ok!"
He should be finished by the weekend!

If it was me, I would wait for the joints cause they just make 'em so much more...stronger feeling and professtional if you know what I mean...Plus I've gotten really excited about a bear once and really jumped into but kinda rushed it and wasn't happy with the end result but thats just my opinion. Hope this helps  bear_original

Oh good good!  bear_tongue The prototype is underway now! Good way to relax after a gruelling english essay under exam conditions today

UPDATE: I can't believe it! I got the head the way I want it in about half an hour, second go! I didn't get annoyed and kept working at it.  bear_thumb

Ok I'll give it a go!  bear_original  It may take awhile for the final product though.
I'm in grade 12 now and its been a bit of a struggle to find time but I'm getting there!

Would you buy a "bear" that was so strange/wacky/weird like that didn't exactly look like a bear but had all the cuteness and look of a bear? If that makes sense...
Like a "bear" in strange colours, out of proportion, over sized eyes but still cute?
Because I've had an idea but don't know whether I should try it.

Oh thats great!   I once did a craft market at Christmas time, not really expecting any sales as, well you know, not many people where I'm from understand that these bears are for adults etc. but I was surprised that there were a few people out there that collected bears and even bough one or two  bear_original It was a great surprise and refreshing to know that there are people out there that collect and I'm not just the only one in my town that knows about them.

Oh I feel your pain too
See why I make smaller bears? :P
I use a chopstick for my 18cm little bears because one end is small and pointed and the other is blunt and quite big.
I broke my chopstick that I've used for 2 years just the other day. I almost cried  bear_sad

hang on....if the poodle is really vintage....why'd they put it in a movie that is based around same time as the poodle, the poodle shouldn't be vintage because it would still be in at the time the people making the movie is trying to show ...ok my brain just exploded...doesn't anyone see where I'm coming from?   bear_wacko

As we are on the topic of weightloss, you know there are diets that are just drinking those disgusting shakes and nothing else, has anyone tried this? My mum and dad wanna do it but it sounds very very very unhealthy and I'm alittle worried. Does anyone know what happens with these shakes diets?
