I just finished  a pirate-bear. (I can't show you pictures because my scanner broke down).
Undressed, the bear measures 11cm/ 4,4 inches, with his boots annd hat on he is 13cm/5,2inches.

Now, the question is, for example in a competition, wich height counts? Undressed or dressed with boots and hat?

Have you already send a complaint to that supplier? If your order has been incomplete or damaged they should replace the damaged or missing things!

If they refuse to replace anything just look yourself for a new supplier.

And about your money problem: I used to have this myself and and I too started buying from cheap suppliers to save money but I, too, had to realise that the things I bought there were not really good.
So, in the end I decided to buy the more expensive but better supplies and to save money I just made my bears smaller.  For me this was a perfect soution of the problem, maybe it is perfect for you, too?

Taffy is really, really sweet, avery, very cute bear.
But if you are really not sure then you could just sell her as a bear who wants to be a lion?

Natascha

Judi, Danni, thank you very much for your warm words. I'm glad you like my little bear.

Natascha

No, no, don't worry, you are not doing wrong! Both techniques are okay, you can use the blender both before and/or after the color. Just try and fint out wich way is the best for you!

He is 3.8 inches or 9,5 cm, not 38 inches, which would be a little bit big!

bearlin1.jpgAnother bear: My model for this one was Knut, the super cute baby polar bear from the Berlin Zoo.
From nose to tail he is 3,6 inches, made from Schulte alpaca , with an open mouth, modelled teeth, eyelids and claws.

obear1.jpgOkay, this is my first attempt to show you one of my bears.
It is the bear from my avatar.
He stands 3,8 inches, is made from Schulte alpaca, with open mouth, modelled teeth and eyelids and the model for this bear was my favourite actor George Clooney (who doesn't know that I used him as a model)
