Don't they look interesting, good luck with the show Shelly..
Well, I am back and we survived the heat in Melbourne.
We had luck with the trains and ours wasn't cancelled as others were.
The concert was good, very hot, and as we were sitting or standing for the whole night the rear end did get a bit numb.
As people were standing it was hard to see Neil Young but fortunately they had 2 huge screens with camera footage of the show.
Now, I know I should be grateful for being able to see this great artist, but my view was it cost a lot of money to watch him on a large film screen. However in saying that, the sound was great..
My husband absolutely loved the show as he is the true fan of Neil Young.
Roll on March as the Chris Isaacs show is at the Palais St Kilda, a much better venue.
Not too large and where ever you sit you are close to the stage....
Isn't he a fantastic little mouse, I just love him as he is my first mouse ..Thank-you Ann-Marie..
We are heading off to the concert this morning, travelling by train.
No hassles about parking the car as well as travelling on the busy highway.
Staying over night in the city and then home again.
Catch you all tomorrow night..
I am looking forward to the concert Joanne, but my husband is the real fan of Neil Young.
We are off again in March to Melbourne to see Chris Isaacs........now I am a super-real fan of his..
While other teddy friends are experiencing snow and cold weather here in Australia, especially where I live in the state of Victoria we are about to have apparently the longest, hottest spell for over 100 years.
The next 4 days are predicted to reach 40+ celcius. Phew that is darn hot.
We are off to Melbourne tomorrow to see Neil Young, thankfully it is an outdoor venue and hopefully by 8.00pm the grass will be cool to sit on.
I just hope we don't get a thunderstorm.
Dress code for the concert will be comfort ahead of fashion.....
Beautiful bears......
I am so hopeless at describing what i do.
Basically I add a small tube shaped piece of fur between the head and the body.
Instead of gathering the neck edge and body neck opening I cut 4 circles of fabric (fur ) to sew into these openings.
The joint discs should fit quite close to these circles when attaching to the body.
So, head--tube of fur----then body.
Can anyone help me to explain all this as I am probably confusing Clare heaps..
Adorable arn't they....are you going to create one soon, Christine?
Beautiful little family.....I bet the lucky new owners will be thrilled...
Ann-Marie and I have posted our swap bears to each other...hanging out for the postie..
Can fully understand how you couldn't resist getting another puppy....adorable they are..
It is unreal, the snow that you are all getting.
Here in Aussie land it has been in the high 30's (celsious) for the past 3 days.
Global warming!!! I think it is just our normal hot summer...
 Speedy recovery and best wishes coming your way Amy for you and Scott..
It so good to hear a good news story amongst all the doom and gloom that is going on around the world.
Your little Abby has grown into a pretty little lass,
More good news stories would be great...think positives, not negatives and the world may be a brighter place...
Checked out your website...great...just love your dragons..
Yay...saw your website this morning....love the piccies of your bears and can't wait to see the new arrivals.
You have done a great job Joanne,
I use air-mail...I know I am dicing with danger but I give the customer the option of insurance...so far none have taken it up and I haven't lost an international parcel YET.
I can recommend free webs too...I am still learning and discovery what I can do with it, and I am master of my own website..
Same thing happened to me...Godaddy site...
He looks just as cute...isn't it amazing that a different fabric can alter the look of a bear even though the same pattern has been used..
Clare, he is such a cuddly fellow...
.when I use my digital camera I have the setting on Portrait, the focus on micro and generally try to take the piccies first thing in the morning..most times I am happy with the result.
Mind you I take about 20 piccies of the little bear in all sorts of positions...
Impressive little puppy Krista, I envy your talent..
Here is my Christmas ornament from Debbie.
She is so cute and I love her.
Hopefully Debbie can post a piccie of the one I sent her as I didn't take a piccie of it.
