Well here's my tree, I haven't had time to put anything else up,( my husband being sick ). So I thought I would at least put up a tree. I normally put up a green tree, but I have always wanted a white tree. So this year I did.

All these homes and  trees are beautiful,   I do look forward to seeing the xmas tree pics every year!!!

Thank you all so much!!!   I've missed being here so very much, not only has my husband been depressed but it's starting to affect me also. So I'm trying to get out of it with coming on here and talking to friends and making bears again. I'll be teaching class in two months so I have to get back into it.

Hi everyone,

It's been a while since I've been on TT due to my husbands illness.  He is stable right now and I have my fingers crossed that he does get a liver. He was offered three livers but they ended up not being good. So he went from being 1st on the list to being 21st. they gave him 3 months to live when he was on top of the list now there giving him 6 months. So its good in one way and its not in another because he still needs a liver. It's been really hard to stay strong. But I'm trying my best.

I'm trying slowly to get back into making bears I think it will help me not to go crazy!!!

AND I MISS ALL OF YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

The talent here just keeps growing, its great!!!

It's going to take awhile to catch up on everything.

When I was younger I worked at at factory  and my job was working on a button machine and every week someone would have a turn with a needle through there finger, Well I had my turn , I had to go to the hospital to get it removed,  I saw stars and said a few sweet words. So Daphne I feel for you. When they pulled the needle out I felt light headed and thought I was going to faint.

Chloe, these pics are beautiful. I'm clad you didn't make them smaller, I keep looking back at them. You are so lucky to be that close to nature. What a feeling that must of been to wake up in the morning to see wild life. Is this only for students?

I get very upset with myself because I dont have a "look" or" style " in my bears,  when they look at my bears there all different. . I get bored if I make the same pattern twice, if I get a request then I will ,I had a customer who wanted the bear that she lost the bid on and asked if I can make her one and I could change a few things because she knew I didn't make the same bear twice.

But I do want people to know my bears. I love a challenge and I guess I'm trying to find my style.  But I do like creating different looks, and I'm learning each time. 
I don't think theres anything wrong in trying a new look or just changing a few things here and there. Thats how we all learn.
Jenny I love your bears!!!   Your customers will buy your bears even if there different than your normal style of bears because they know your work. It's beautiful!!!And well made!!  All you can do is give it a go!!

Well girls thanks for the fingers crossed and prayers!!!!!  They accepted me ( sooo happy!!!) my class starts in January. I brought 4 bears that I had to show her. She asked questions, one was have you tought class before, I said no I haven't, she said will you be okay with it , I had a big smile on my face and said oh yes when its sometrhing you love to do you can teach anyone!!  She smiled and looked at the bears and said , and we can make one like that, I told her yes you can if you take my class!! ( the bear she looked at was a small vintage style bear that was the design I'm going to teach.)

                 I want to thank you girls for all your support, I'm a shy person to begin with, and to speak in front of people.But when it comes to bears I'm all mouth!!!

Well, my meeting with the Director at the College is this afternoon and I'm sooo excited. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about... I want to teach bear making at the college. I sent over a proposal (thank you Daphne!!) and they want to meet  with me and my bears, and hopefully I'll be  accepted. WISH ME LUCK!!!
