A designer store in our neighborhood was having a moving sale...........all items were 50 - 70% off, I had seen this sweet bear in the window back in the early spring, I had teased my hubby that I wanted it, until we realized it was a Ditz Design and was marked $595...............well today was the first day of the sale and we were eating at a sandwich shop a few stores down, my hubby said "look that bear you wanted is still in the window............what a deal, hubby bought for $250, he is so cute, I'm going to put seasonal things on his tray for each holiday....He is 58" tall, Tiff and Cooper were scared of him at first......LOL
Cooper is doing wonderful, feeling more at home everyday, Miss Tiff still likes to boss him some
he loves Tiff though! Say a little prayer for him, I take him in Wed. morning for his teeth cleaning, hope they don't find any bad teeth that would have to be removed......I took this picture today, while he was resting......his fur is growing back pretty fast, don't you think he has a sweet face
Congrats, I love this creation!
Congrats to all the winners
Thanks everyone for all the suggestions...........still a mystery.
Hi all, I'm not that knowledgeable about old teddy bears so needed some help from those of you that are..........my husband was given this teddy bear last week from his father, it belonged to my husbands grandmother when she was a little girl..........which would have been early 1900's, the bear is close to 9" tall, has disc type joints, I can feel those, stuffed with excelsior and some padding.......no label or tags, I don't even know if the bear was purchased from a manufacture or someone could have even made it for her? Have any ideas at all....thanks in advance.
Hi Bonnie, so nice to see you on here, hope you have been doing well
Cooper is doing wonderful, 3 weeks tomorrow, he is feeling at home finally, no more accidents, he is learning our lifestyle and routines, he loves his daily walks with Tiffani and above all the food and snacks. LOL I think he has gained a little weight and his hair is growing really fast. His fur color is so pretty out in the sun, the silver really shines.....Tiff and him are getting along much better, they have fun running around the house and back deck each morning.... Tiff still wants her space but that is normal.....I think she realizes now he is not leaving.....
Tommy spent the day with us today and we took some pictures Tiff loves him and it was Coopers first time to meet baby Thomas....Tommy is 6 months old now
