Thanks once again...oops the halo just fell off, must ajust it..
Thank-you Lynn, Lisa and Christine....I really do hope the customer will be happy..
Have been really busy the last 3 weeks creating these two little puppies for a customer.
It is a lot different to do as it is a special request from a customer and sometimes it can be a bit stressful. I am so proud of myself as if it was 2years ago I would have said " no, this is too hard"
I am happy with the finished canines I hope my customer is, will be posting them off today..
How sweet is that...he obviously had a big day...
Being 50 something I agree with the healing powers of meditation...Stephanie Dorwick has written some excellant books too.
One is called "Choosing Happiness"...helped me thru a crisis and altered my outlook on life and how my mind interprets things.,
Yoga and meditation go well together...
As does cupboards full of bear stuff...and blanket boxes, and wardrobes, and picnic baskets.....and cedar chests...the list goes on...
What a gorgous bear Paula, and that nose...every bearmakers dream, to create noses like that..
Such a cute little Puddle.....lucky new Mum, whoever she is...
When you go into a second hand shop and find 3 fur coats... the look you get from the assistant when you purchase all... do you tell her that your going to cut into these coats or pretend they are for you to wear...
This is a super thread...
Here is the strawberry bear head...I hope you all can see that it looks like a bears head and its just not my brain gone fuzzy...or furry..
My special sewing needle is slightly curved at the eye end from pushing the fur between the seam lines..
Strawberrie picture is coming, will have to move to the laptop..
Judi, I ate the strawberry.
......when you go to bite into a strawberry and oh, my gosh it looks like a bears head....and then you take a photo of it....photo will come later as it is still in the camera.
Great sneaky look Christine, I can hardly wait to see all the booths on show day..
Good on ya Shelli,
sometimes we find when we have a rest from our most enjoyed past time we get a new return of the positives and go full on again...no not that, bear-making..
Oh, what a darling little puppy, simply gorgous..
Sunflower is a gorgous elephant...great job..
You are so special Kathy, to save this dog...some people amaze me on how they treat or don't treat our animal pals..
What a terrific cause and for such a lovely bear too.
I am in a hat frenzy at the moment. Dusty (on my website) has her hat sewn to her head. The bear I am working on at the moment will have her hat attached also.
I feel if the hat is perched at an angle, sewing it there makes sure it stays. Ribbon under the chin is a good way too...
Its all in the hands of the bear maker and what works best for you...
He is great Jane, and just love his outfit..
What cute little girls, I bet they keep you running...
This really shows that there is a contagious disease sweeping the teddy bear world....puppism.....its a disease that is easily contracted and the only known cure is to BUY one.
Maggie is a cutie..welcome to the world of TT..
What a delightful bear, and her outfit looks great.
You have done a splendid job,
I am so jealous, it must have been great to catch up with someone that you have only met online.
Great piccies...
Oh my god, it must be the water we are all drinking...so many new puppies on the scene.
They do bring out the best in us, this little one is too cute...
