Cute! I love the red nose!

Thank you!
Kathy - she is about 15 inches tall. I have no skill for making tiny bears... no skill. All my bears are large... I guess huggable is the P.C. word.

This is Katie.
She is my first fairy bear. I had so much fun making her that I will definately do more fairy bears in the future.
I handmade her wings and necklace.
After much deliberation, I choose to go with seafoam eyes with sparkle and purple accents. I think they turned out great.
Thanks for looking!

She is too cute! Great themed bear! I really like how you did her eyes.
Aerianna
Thanks for all the advice. Now the hard part is deciding which one to use!

I am making a bear for a friend who is decorating her daughter's room in purple and seafoam with a fairy theme. So I wanted to make her a "fairy" bear to display.
I need help choosing the eye color. The fur is a beautiful lilac color from Intercal and I have absolutely no idea what color to paint the eyes!
Any suggestions are very welcome!

What do you mean you wish you had done something differently - she is perfect! I love how you did her nose! She looks so kissable!
Aerianna
I love the color around the eyes... you are very clever. I love her!

Hello Scott,
No, I have not been to your store yet. I have been meaning to come by and check it out. I'll swing by one of these days!

Hello,
This is James. I used a few of the techniques I learned in the Extreme Sculpting class at EBearzU and I like the way he turned out. He is a bit serious but very loveable.
Thanks for looking!

Cute! I love his long beard. Classic!

Thank you Shelli, Karen and Marie!
Shelli- yes, I am a fan of knit clothing too. I almost asked my friend to make me a matching set!
Marie-she is just starting her company up and does not have a website yet, but when she does I will email it to you!
Aerianna
Thank you so much!
Thanks for all your wonderful comments!
Marie-The art exhibit went great. Lewis really stood out, all the exhibits were paintings, photos and wood workings. He generated lots of interest but I was a little embarrassed seeing him out there. I don't know why, sometimes I get so shy about stuff like that.
Anyway, it was a lot of fun and at least one person emailed me about making a bear.
Thanks! Aerianna
This is Emily. She was made for a friend who just had a baby (don't worry, I told her Emily is for display only!). Her hat and scarf were made by a friend of mine who just opened a children's clothing company.
Thanks for looking!

Beautiful. You know, the lion reminds me of a character in a book I had as a child. It was called the "The Tawny Scrawny Lion".
They are wonderful Judi.
This is Lewis, I work at a Biotech company and we are having an Art exhibit so I thought I would display a bear there. I made Lewis to look like a lab technician. A really nice employee at Kinkos even helped me make him a little ID badge!

He looks like a cartoon character to me. Very original! And very, very cute!
Aerianna
Beautifully done!

I think the pin cushion and bow in her hair do make her look vintage. She definately looks like a collectors piece. You should be real proud of her! And that button nose... don't change it, it really adds character.
Great job!
Aerianna
Unbelievable work! You are inspiring!

Paula, Your bears are always so beautiful. They look huggable and kind. Clarence is no exception. He is wonderful. Great job!!!

Hello! Here is Miss Elizabeth Bennett. She was made by request as a companian for Mr. Darcy. I designed her dress to look like the one in the first scene of the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice. She was a lot of fun to make (mostly because I had to watch Pride and Prejudice a couple of times for research!)
Thanks for looking!

I find I can control the color by fingerpainting. I use fabric paints, first I pour several out into a paper plate and mix to make the color I want. Then I use a stiff bristled brush and my fingers to build up color gradually- so you can't even see it at first. This way you can't go wrong.

He is really cute. Great job! I am sure he will do will raise a lot for charity.
