I've finally gotten a photo of Maisie in which she is not covered with mud. We snapped this shortly after her last grooming and before she got to go outside. We love her to death and she's so much fun but even more stubborn than the other four were, if that's possible.

She'll be one year old on January 4.

I don't remember if I've posted this photo before or not, so please excuse my memory if I have. These are our four Scotties when they were all young and healthy.

Emma is wheaten-peachy; Harley is wheaten-creamy; Hugo is all black; and Tulie has a wee bit of silver in her.

Tucker and Riley are just adorable and I'm so impressed that you always having them looking like they just came from the groomer.

No worries about cards. I really cut back on my list this year and still don't have them all done...we may just stop where we are. I agree with Aleta; it has been a hard year for many people for many reasons and I do think most people understand. This time of year is just especially hard for me anyway and always has been, even though it's the happiest time of the year.

Jane, sweetie, thank you for letting me know who my hunky party date is. Obviously, I'm showing my age when I don't recognize superman. What a great party, Jane. I had so much fun. Don't know who the hunk is that I was with but he will do nicely, thank you. Hope he doesn't figure out the age difference, though. Jane, you did such a wonderful job of matching faces with bodies and it seems we had more celebs than last year. Sue Ann looks like she's having entirely too much fun sitting on George's lap.

Well, embarrassing yourself shamelessly is obviously working cause you have a great picture of your little guy. My kids never smiled for Santa.
