If you're in the mood for a silly song...
I'm addicted to it

I use a MAC so I'm not sure about the clicking thing (we only have one button, and a bunch of multi-key shortcuts)
Bears.com I just made up. With an old site I did I used the ftp to transfer the pics first, then got the program to snag them. Just like you said. The same can be done by uploading to another site like photobucket then using the links from there and typing in the the html <IMG SRC="link to where your pic is"> It's a pain, but can be done. I've used it when I'm linking from webshots, but I have looks through pages of the source code to actually find my picture in all the html gobbeldgoock. Another thing to check first if you link from another site, is if they mide. A lot of places don't like it if you 'hot link' your pictures from their site because then it's feeding off their bandwith.
Let me download it and check, but I know a problem I once had when I was uploading a site that pictures wouldn't show up.
I kept uploading with the pictures and then nothing, everything but the photos. I to complain and cussing out the computer, then Mat asked if I had put the photos where the html code was supposed to be reading them from. I am still not 100% sure why it wouldn't take the pictures and throw them up in the directory. What helped me is I uploaded all my pictures in one place (ex. http://bears.com/pictures), then I got the code to snag them from there.
I am sooo lucky to have the guys to help me out with it. My best friend, Travis, is also in the industry. My site building is going to go like this: I dictate, Mat designs, John programs, and Travis builds. That is, when I finally know what I want. I'm a little indecisive and taking my sweet time.
That sounds great! Thanks Mindy!
I dreamweaver!
It's pretty good, the only problem is you can't inbed flash in it. For a WYSIWYG thats free, it's pretty good :)
I like dreamweaver.
Thanks guys! The folks at Disney Weddings said with over 15000 weddings there, I was the first with a mohawk and that they'll never forget me.
I thought looking like a white triangle for my wedding would be fun
Webshots offers 240 pictures for free (per account, and you can have more then one account)
I'm a paid premium member which I get 3000 photos for $25/year.
Here is our personal webshots link:(warning there are pictures from years past that might not be appropiate - please don't be offended if you look)

I'm a little shy because I feel like I might not fit in here you'll see what I mean if you look at my wedding proof photos
I use webshots.com and love it! It stores pictures no matter how large they are so you don't lose the quality or have to resize. It's really easy to use, and I love the search function! You can look up anything on there and find pictures of whatever you're looking for.
I haven't used them for my bears yet, only our personal photos, but I know some people do because when I search artist bear a bunch of pictures pop up.
Here is my newest little one. I'm just waiting see what he/she chooses to wear
I might try to sell this one if it looks good enough when it's fully finished.
That's great! I love him!
I only ever used one pattern for my initial bear making class, since I've only designed my own...you might not touch another pattern again! You learn a ton by designing.
One question - what's scissor sculpting? Sounds intruiging!
Other then the Golden Teddies and TOBYs, what other competitions are there? What have you entered in? What have you won?!
I can't think about who had a good acting skills when my eye-candy is in sight...
Jared Leto
but he is a great actor (even though most of his movies are too graphic for me, I prefer to watch fluff)
Are there any other stipulations? Size, etc...?
I'm excited to do my first swap! When do we get out partners? Jumping the gun a little, I know, but I'm excited
St. Patty's days works for me. A loose theme would be okay too, I'd just like the artists to have 100% creative freedom
I think I'm in love
I'd love to take part in a swap! I just fear mine aren't up to snuff
Thanks
The eyes are regular german glass with spackling compound. I just globbed it on, let it dry, then sanded them down. It gave me the vacant I wanted because it is so matte.
The claws are just bits of ultra suede.
Thanks so much everyone! It's really encouraging to hear the comments. I can take criticism too, and would love some. I'm just getting back into bear making, and before I had only taken one little one class course, so I'm no very skilled. Just learning as I go and  I get better the more I make
I LOVE his bear and his little mittens. He is so adorable!
This was the first bear I've finished in years. He was a Christmas gift for my best friend, Travis, from college. He's a huge horror movie fan so I thought a zombie would be fitting. Personally, I'm a scaredy-cat and I don't like gore (it can trigger anxiety attacks in me).
The bear isn't that good, but it has the look I was going for. I neglected to take photos of him before I gave him to Trav, but he and my husband hung out together last night so Mat was able to borrow Zombie bear back so I could take some pictures...
Thanks Daphne! It's just a filter on my eyesight cam, I didn't have to do anything! The new MACs are great, my husband and I use it all the time for laughs! Here is a recent one
I think we totally need rule and guidelines, but what does CYA mean?! The trade board is for everyone so if anyone wants to contribute, please feel free to throw ideas around
I'm really sorry you feel crumby.
I'm lucky my hub doesn't forget anything, but like Kim, I don't let him forget. I start talking about special occasions weeks in advance, sometimes marking things on the calander...
I love Brenda's idea...I have actually done something to that effect when he needed to apologize
Thanks Kim!
Isn't it silly? I feel that I've done something good!
