  Heidi, I just went on your site to read your blog and you are one of the most talented young people I have ever met.  Not only are your bears fabulous, you time is filled with so much activities I don't know where you get the time to make bears.  I loved that mask that you made in school.  That was a masterpiece.  The bear you are making from the fur coat is so well sculped and perfect pattern.  And where did you learn to make feet like that??? You are a true bear artist.  I do not understand how anyone could look at your bears and think they are scarey.  I truly loved to hear about your trip to Pennsylvania, as I live in NJ so that was close by.  You seem to enjoy everything that you do in life and that makes you such a special person and I wish you all the luck in the world with college and the future and making those wonderful bears.

Nowadays you can purchase these magnifying glassed in drug stores or small department stores.  You can purchase what is a half glass that you can only see like bifocals and look over the top for regular viewing. Check those stores out first before contacting your eye doctor.

That is a great cabinet for all those wonderful bears.  What a variety and the colors and different types that you have.  I too have a cabinet, only it is a glass front book shelf that has 4 shelves and I have two cabinets, it is ideal.  We have to take care of our collections.  Enjoy all of them.

That is a great new twist on a rag doll, I love the colors and the hair is so unique.  Great face also. What a fabulous job, I love to make the rag dolls also, but yours is better!

I will be watching again, how can you not.  Yes the death of Hope was devistating.  But If we do not give our support to Dr Rogers, that will mean an end to a lot of the research that he does.  We really did alot for that orginization with our voting and donating.  There will never be another Hope, but we still have more to learn.  So please do not give up on the North American Bear Center and the live cams.
