Wow Paula, your spotty bears are FANTASTIC, I especially love the 2nd one
Hi Kim
I'm pleased you now know what's been causing the problems and it's being sorted by medication. I can tell you those awful ovarian cysts can become really painful so I'm pleased for you that you will be on the mend soon.
Glad to see you on here.

Hello Sophie, well it looks as though you and Cleo had lots of fun taking the pictures
She is gorgeous, I love the colouring and the shading you have used.
A VERY big well done ladies, congrats on all three articles
Will do Louise, thank you
What a great article- well done Danni, now even more people will know how fabby your bears are

Marion
He's just adorable..I so love your style of bears. The facial features and noses are so unique.
I'm sure these smaller bears will be a big hit with your collectors. If you are not sure about the arms you could perhaps try razoring the fur at the paw pad position and shading as you do on their faces. I find this works fine on smaller bears as felt or ultrasuede doesn't always look right.

Aw guys, thanks for all the lovely comments
Debora, I love the name suggestions, thank you

Really beautiful pictures and isn't Pearl a real sweetheart
Hi everyone
I've just finished this little one and I've been playing around with some new ideas for the face, particularly eye detail.
I can't for the life of me think of a name so I'll have to wait for inspiration over the weekend.
I'll hopefully be able to get him on ebay next week.
Have a great weekend everyone
Gorgeous, gorgeous pictures Marion and what a fantastic setting.
I bet you have many precious memories of the special day. We have two daughters who are a long, long way away from wedding bells but it does worry me what a wedding will cost in 15 years time
Oh Diane, I can see why you fell for her charms....just adorable
Feed her well tonight.
Very, VERY cute Diane
Oh Jane
I'm so sorry to hear all the sad news. What an awful time for you and your family.
Sending you lots of hugs

Hi Heather
I'm trying to visualise how small your little tail is. Jane's idea is a good one. I might try inverting the tail by gently pushing with a long thick needle from the 'eye' end.
Hope you have success with whatever you try next.

My thoughts are with you Aleta
Hi Catherine
I've started using Wood Wool in some of my bear patterns now, usually the ones with the larger muzzles. I have only stuffed the muzzles though and I am pleased with the results. I like how the muzzle feels much firmer and it is good for moulding into the shape you want.
I don't dampen it and I don't snip it, maybe that's because the Wood Wool I purchased is very fine. You will need to work over a large sheet because it goes everywhere I just stuff small pieces at a time and then with a flat headed stuffer I can fill any small gaps with poly. I initially bought a carrier bag full and already I can tell that it's going to last me for ever, you really don't need a lot.
I did recently have a request from an Australian customer though not to use wood wool in an order as the Australian customs will not allow this, it has to be stuffed with man made fillings.
I hope you have fun using it and enjoy the results

Thank for the warning Judi
I'm so pleased your lady had the sense to contact you. It could have led to lots of awkwardness.

Deborah

Sue Ann
He is wonderful and has just the cutest face. Would you call the fur a string mohair, it's a gorgeous colour.
I love the tag too....great work
Oh Louise, they make the most gorgeous family. They are wonderful
I love the expression on the faces of the 2 at the back (middle and left) they look like they are really stretching to see over the others and get their faces in the shot......aaahhhh.

Hi everyone
I haven't posted many bear pics on here recently so here goes... This is Wilbur, he is approx 9 inches tall. I really enjoyed creating his tootsies
Wilbur was lucky enough to find a new home earlier this week but I was so pleased with him that I am tempted to make some brothers for him.
Thanks for looking
