Chloe, make sure your camera is set for the type of lighting you're using. Your camera should have a "white balance" setting with flourescent, tungsten, outside etc. It kind of looks like the white balance is off a little in the first picture.
You can buy them in large sheets at Joann's and also, Walmart has them with 5 (I think) 8 x 11 inch sheets to a pack.

OK, my $.02 worth . . . . I buy Morning Glory Premium Polyester Fiberfil from Walmart. You can get it in a big box or a 20 oz bag. That's what I stuff the heads with. Packs nice and firm. I use Wonderfil I buy at Joann's for the bodies and limbs. Morning Glory has two others that Walmart sells, one is called Cluster Stuff, the lofty slick stuff that's good for soft bodies (the bag says "airy, down-like) and the other type is somewhere in between the two. I bought a bag of the Cluster Stuff and I'll try it in the body of my next bear.
