   I just saw the TV news last night and hear that 30-peoples
were died in same apartment. How that can be ?
30people out of 62people.......
I  can't do anything to help
them but I will pray for them

I saw this huge hurricane news on TV this morning and
it was terrible terrible damage in Louisiana.
We just had the Typhoon last weekend but I think it was
about 1/10 size of the hurricane Katrina but we were
so scared.....
My thoughts and prayers are with who
were attacked by this hurricane.

My husband is eating almost same thing what you can eat  but my husband need to put more weight!  I need to loose

I am same as Jane, I sew bears on my lunch break too.
I can make only 1 or 2 15inches bear a month.  I think 1 need 20-30hours to make just 1 bear.
I use machine for body,legs,arms and hand sew head , ears and footpads but problem is I am so slow ～

I have 21bears(out of 85bears I have made...) at home ! I only sold 7bears so far . so where the rest of them go ?
I gave out to my friends and familys

Judi and Shelli, I just wish you guys could be my supervisor to watch me out till I loose my weight !!!! . he he he

Right now,  I stop drink coke(but can I drink diet coke ?) and I drink more non-sugar teas and water.
I will start 30minutes workout .... yes, I hate work out but I think there is no other way to keep me
healthy..... so I think I will start dancing (at home by my self !) instead doing just a work out because
dancing seems  much fun then working out.
I just got my dancing video and book. It has tango, Jazz dance and ballet !
Ok....I am set but the only thing I'm worry about is..... Can I continue this ?
If I succeed this thing I will post my whole body picture(with cloth on..) here. That is something to look up to . he he :P
