Thank you very much. I´m very proud with him, because he is my first try to do a reallistic cat and he is bigger than my other critters. I have done only Fennecs in real size before and there are a little bit smaler than this cat.

This is my first experiment to do a realistic cat. She was so funny to do, but a lot of work too. My real cats love him.

I have the same problem, I can´t see my elephant pincushion in the featured area
getting the stuffing (high quality heavy polyfil) firm enough
When I do a Rabbit or my Phooka, or a cat I leave open a smal part of the muzzle seam.
So I can needlesculpting and stuffing at the same time. Hope this help, it is difficult to explain for me in english, but hope you understand the way.

Krista, yes I think so too, I love it do do realistic animals. Few days ago, my cat stolen a little realistic mouse from me . My son and my husband have found it and was frightened , there think it was a living mouse. So funny.

Thank you Jane.
I plan to do a life sized realistic chimp or gorilla baby , and practice it with the little monkeys. I think the biggest promlem would be the space fur ( the transitions to the face and Hands) , to find realistic glas eyes and the Hands with nails. I would not use polymer clay or felt. Another animal would be the racoon with his hands.
Thank you

After Sam has leaving me, I have done more Monkeys . First I have done my own little girl Suse
Suse is a really lovely little girl, but Monkeys need other monkeys, so I have made Sally and Sebastian.
Suse and Sally are best frinds but Sebastian is a lout. So I must do another monkey for Sebastian. I sew Silas a white Gibbon. In the end. Sebastian ignore Silas and Sally didn't get along well together with Silas.
Long story here the rest of the pictures:
After this gibbon chaos I have sew a tiny monkey for my shoulder
hugs frome the monkey mum Manuela lol
When you run with a lot of fur on your shirt, in a drugstore to buy a lot of cheap fake nails and eye lashes ( for your bears), and your own nails are short, frayed (I,m a nervous person) and your fingercups looks like scratch... and the seller look commiserate to you. You know she had pity with you .
What a sweet face!! I think he wish a bed from this fur
Cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute, he is so cute looks a little bit like a Basset Hound on the first foto, look here:
my big boy Tristan.

I know My Baby is 10 years old
and this year she is coming in the fifth grade. Here in Germany it is a big School exchange. She must go in a other city ( with bus) and I can´t drive a car. I was a little bit afraid . But now after 3 Weeks it works good. My 17 years old son goes on the adjoining school, it helps.... How old is your Baby? He goes alone with the bus in the kindergarden?
Manuela
