Teddy Talk: Creating, Collecting, Connecting

Am just curious about the needlefelting have a kit here and well after trying for awhile and stabbing myself :doh: have gone back to the furry ones, with some of the great work on here how do you needlefelt some of the say gusset or something like that onto the mohair, its been bugging me, there is probably a simple way but just carn't get my noggin(head) around it.....Back to you ladies

As you can see no website yet have been lurking around checking out how to do them but hubby is the smart one on the puter and he is away so little ole me is pulling hair out trying to work it all out yep puter dumb here..........I just love looking at all your website's and the work you have all put it to them, yep am jealous but one day it will happen  well I hope :pray:

Oh you guys are amazing, I have been trying to do an opened mouth and boy have I done this wrong have ended up with really bad creatures :doh:  :doh:  then thought maybe I was not meant to try opened mouths I am one of these people that I have to visually see how to do it as dummy  :redface: me goes over and over in my head when reading.......ok am learning......

Took me some time but played around doing this one and mucked him up a little as doing his belly I cut the wrong piece and well accidents do happen, but lucky I had enough to fix him up........have been going through the library here with all the information and trying to learn more as everyone has good tips.......am trying to design a cat pattern and have gone through so many drawings keep filling up the bin,   and the cat thinks its a game when I scrunch up paper and toss it in the bin :doh:  :doh:

Kim your bears are always better in design and quality I love seeing your designs and the thing is they are yours and the work that you put into them are amazing, I love seeing them when you put them up and just remember we all know who's work is better and cuter     :hug:

Debbie i know how you feel trying to come up with a name was so hard so I just stuck to my intials but like you was thinking of a name change but all the people that know me know my bears as djb so its stuck now. My theory is people know your bears as Debbie's so stick to it.........from one Debbie to another.......your bears are so cute and kepp up the great work..... :hug:  :hug:

We had a great Xmas here 10 for lunch and everyone enjoyed themselves...lots of pressie but the best one was talking and seeing my daughter in the UK through a program called skype and it was amazing talking through the puter to her and seeing all her friends it just made my Christmas... couldn't have asked for anything better..........Yep miss my daughter we both cried seeing each other but they were happy tears

Hubby took this the other day while I was wrapping as you can see he likes to help....... :crackup:  :crackup:  :crackup:

We need the rain here now as our damms are way down and bucket watering, it rained for about 10 minutes the other day and hubby reversed the car out and wash it in the rain so thats a saving...we are getting a rainwater tank on the 3rd jan so hope it rains alot.......so glad the rain came down south that was so back that fireand lets hope there wont be any more...........doing a rain dance

Done and dusted finally..........have 10 for Xmas lunch,but i do love cooking..I made a few bears that are none jointed and put them under the trees at the shopping centres, thats my way of spreading xmas cheer out there..........

Thats great news.......it makes you wonder sometimes how they start .......we had fires up here a few yrs back and we were on the back deck and watching the flames come over the mountain and with the auntie and uncle from england watching they were amazed at the work those water choppers do.....it was a little scary but the firemen are just great people......Hope this summer we don't get anymore.....I love summer but its always worrying about the fires.........Its great to know your family are all safe and well...........Best wishes to you and you family
