Hi and welcome, like Shelli I can get my 17" bear out of a fat quarter but I designed the pattern accordingly and agree with the size of discs to use ..... are you going to design your bear or use a commercial pattern if so you will get all the information in the pattern

Millie you and Tiffany are in my thoughts and prayers ...... I know as a mother how you must be feeling ......you would rather be going through it yourself than your daughter ....... God understands your feelings and you know it is Ok to be angry ... talk to him and tell him how you are feeling ..... he is my best friend and I talk to him all the time .....

I agree Jenny ..... my children believed in Santa and fairies until they were 12-13 ... they grow up much too quickly these days .. I used to love to keep it alive we could see fairies in the garden, they had always just got away as we got to them .....  but we could see them. Has anyone seen Finding Neverland .... I love that movie and that was what our world was like....... being on my own with the children I lived in a make believe world ..... my prince would come one day .... I had to come to Australia to find him ......

I used to cook a tradional Christmas dinner ....but not now it is too hot to eat it .. so Christams is seafood cold meats and salads ... it is still odd to me .... I used to love preparing Christmas dinner I would get all the vegies prepared the night before cook the turkey overnight and play Santa.. next morning I would put the pork in the oven with the vegies to bake...... Christmas pudding on to steam.
