I'm so excited, my sister n law is a art teacher and has tons of supplies, she heard me talking about a painted canvas a few weeks ago and she surpized me this afternoon with one that she painted. It is gorgeous!!!!! Shades of beige, white and a touch of pinkish rose.
I just used it for my latest barbie creation! 
She said she would paint me a dark one also!!    What a good sis!

I just love the way it looks and NO Wrinkles!!! Happy Dance~~~~

OK, Tami, yes that backgroud is very nice and of course it is perfect for photographing dolls and bears because it looks pretty with out over powering the doll. I had to try to notice it, though, because my eyes would not leave that stunning doll!! I wasn't ever much of a barbie fan, but your doll designs are so imaginative and lovely, I've not seen anything like them. Wonderful dress. It looks almost like you've sculpted the fabric!!! Is she going on ebay?

Now that is a top notch surprise....I hate ironing the "backdrops" and tyr all sorts of ways to justify not using the tent and backdrops.  You are right, you have a top notch sis-and the colors are lovely and yet subdued, and set your gorgeous doll of perfectly!
