Well, this was going to be an ebay auction but when I started taking photos I realized that this little creature was confused about what she was suppose to be. It is totally understandable because when I started creating her I had a mouse in mind but after I made her head and neck I started thinking baby kangaroo instead. So she has kangaroo limbs. But she looks like both! I know that there are Kangaroo Rats but when I googled a photo of one I didn't think that she looked anything like one.
My daughter thinks that I should invent my own imaginary creature like I did when my hedgehog wanna-be turned into an imaginary Allieoop.
Of course, in my confusion, I have fallen in love with her and I think I want to live with her for awhile...but what do you think that she is?
Thanks~ Kathy
Kanga-mouse update: This little sweetie has been given a home and a name by her new mom. Her name is "Marshmellow" and her new mom is Grace (one of our Teddy-Talkers). Grace fell in love with Marshmellow and promises to give her a wonderful new home!
Does "ADORABLE" count???
Hugs &
why she looks like a perfectly adorable wallaby to me!

Hubby and I say Kangaroo.......although we think the ears are a little big, BUT! I love her.....and agree "Adorable" is what she is!

I thought she was the cutest little baby kangaroo I had ever seen!!!
She looks like just about the cutest little baby kangaroo I've ever seen and I'd love to have her helping me decorate my tree.
At first glance I saw a Kangaroo too, but I can see a mouse too now you've said - but what ever she may be, she is the most beautiful 'Kangamouse' I've ever seen
A VERY CUTE baby wallaby or kangaroo, is what I see.
I think it looks like a very adorable baby roo!
yep, a baby albino roo...we have them in our wildlife parks. white roos. so cute Kathy
Thanks so much for the great feedback. So maybe it looks more like a baby kangaroo than I thought. If Sarah from Australia says it looks like a baby albino roo then I must have done something right.
But I do love Clare's "Kangamouse" name...very clever.
 Hugs to all~ Kathy
Yep I agree when I saw it I thought Joey as well (baby kangaroo or wallaby)

I missed the update! Marshmellow suits her just fine! Congratulations to her new family!
Hi Kathy,
I think she is adorable! Sometimes our creations tell us who they are. Eventhough you meant to create a mouse, I think a little baby joey wanted to be born instead. I love her!!
hugs,
Sheila
Oh my gosh.... When I saw the thumbnail in my Showcase, I thought 'baby roo' too..... and a SERIOUSLY adorable one, to boot! I can see why you'd want to hold on to her for a bit; I would too!!!!
