Call our customer service department for pricing and shipping information: 1-800-437-5828." I don't know if you could also just order it on line or not???
Actually, I just realized that the 800 number likely wouldn't work for you but you could email them from their web site and check into ordering a copy. I can't find them in any stores here or I could have sent you one. I have a subscription to the magazine but STILL haven't received my copy.
