Hello all,

I'm appealing to everyone to consider helping the Humane Society in its efforts to rescue animals stranded by Katrina. Their website will tell you how bad the situation is, how much HSUS is doing to find and save all the stranded animals, and how much it means to their people.

Another very worthy cause. At least you can explain to  people what is happening, the poor animals must be scared to death, as well as starving.
