I love the BIG nose bears with the little eyes on each side of a bridged nose.  Like the ones that Chloe from Dusty Attic does and some other artists on here whose names escape me!

I would like to design a pattern but don't have a clue where to start.

Is this a completely different design from other bears???  I'm sure that the bridge is due to needle sculpting.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

You're right, the bridge is smaller and the nose end of the snout part is wider. You then sculpt back and forth between where the eyes will go. Sometimes, I will sculpt back and forth 'in the ditch' of stitching between the snout part of the gusset and where it attaches to the side of the head to lift the bridge and give it more definition. I realize this is clear as mud...I should know better than to try to explain something before my second cup of coffee.....

Thanks Cheryl.

The mud is clearing!  I'm going to have to just jump in and try to design a pattern.  Your explanation has helped!
