Someone here posted an answer to a request for patterns for clothing. They mentioned www.dollwear.com
a website that sells a program to design the patterns for us once we type in the measurments of the doll or bear. Well Earlier this week I paid $199 for this program, which is on download. I received the email so I could download the program but other than an icon on my desktop that freezes when clicked I have nothing. I have written several times to the guy, who answers each time but not with anying that helps.

Has anyone else bought this program and had it work OK?

First of all Jane, I was me who mentioned this software.  So sorry you are having a problem with the download.  I noticed that they have a forum but when I went to it there were only Bluette patterns.  So no help there.  Did it come with a downloadable manual?  Does that work?  I've noticed that they have other older versions of the manuals in pdf form on their website that open up when you click them.  Maybe that could be of some help?

Did you put this item on a credit card?  When all else fails, I would politely tell the person that unless he gives you some advice as to how to make this $199.00 program work that you are going to file a dispute with your credit card company.

Oh Jane I am sorry that your having this trouble, I hope you get it resolved if not do what Lisa suggests and take it up with your card company
