A few weeks back my Mimzy's arrived and my one is sitting with her doll friends. Any idea when Mimzy film will be shown around the world??

Lynette, if I'd known you hadn't seen the movie I'd have sent you a DVD!
The movie came out in the US March 2007. Seems like it was in the UK by JMay and Australia not long after. The DVD came out here in the US in August I believe it was. I'm sure it's been to ZA by now.

Here you can buy the DVD: http://www.jump.co.za/search/mimzy/movies/719/

What a great picture! I love the doll on the left. I want her hair!

Looks like Mimzy has comfortably settled into her new home in South Africa.

How weird. I have the doll on the left, well my version of it. I bought it as a kit when Amy was born twelve years ago. I'll get them from the loft so you can see. They look great together.

I will have a look for the DVD when I am in London, if not I will purchase via the net. Fortunately my lounge can be closed off and I keep all my collections there and it is more a looking room than a sitting room.

I take my grandson in and tell him that these things he can look at but cannot play with them,he knows that he must not pick up , yet the hand goes out waiting for my reaction. He is smitten with the dolls and my daughter went out to buy him a baby doll.

When he is older he will realize that he can move the barrier himself to get into the lounge so it will be interesting to see what he does.
