Hi you clever bloggers out there. I have been making a blog today with Google but when I preview my page it shows lots of little tool icons along the page.

My question is how do I get rid of these?

Hi Jane,
I am new to blogging too, but I am pretty sure those tools only show up for you as you are signed in.   They are there for you to click to edit your info.  No one else can see them.  If you log out and then just type in your blog url in your search engine you shouldn't see the tools either.   Hope that helps - can't wait to see your blog

Hi Jane,

Those little tools do only show up on YOUR page...noone else can see them.  I ran into that problem and was frustrated with it.  After spending what felt like hours reading through the help section I finally found the answer to that very question and actually learned a bunch of other stuff I wasn't even interested in and have since forgotten.     The little icons will disappear too and then reappear when you go in and edit.  They are like little mystery ghosts.

I ignore them now.
