Hi knowledgeable people out there,
Can some clever ebay savy aussie please tell me how to list on ebay.com not just ebay.com.au. I just tried to list my bear on the US site, all was going fine until it wouldn't let me list as I didn't have a US zip code, so I had to list it through ebay OZ, but they have different categories here, so it just goes to artist not ooak. I know people do it from here, but as a computer dufus, not having any luck.
Geez that paragraph looks as muddled as my mind, sorry
Lots of hugs, Jayne

I am not an Aussie but I do list on .com. You have to choose the 'flat rate' service or 'free shipping' in the US delivery section...and then add a shipping cost of whatever it would cost to send your bear to the USA. That way you don't get asked for a ZIP code. In the international shipping section I think you can just click a tab that asks the buyer to contact you for a costing...you just need to choose the worldwide option to show you will ship anywhere.
I add a section on delivery costs in the description. If you offer free shipping it gets you further up the page as eBay rank you taking things like that into consoderation...offerinf PayPal, free shipping are key.

That's how I do it anyway.

Thank you so much    I will try that next time, I just got so frustrated, I was trying to offer free shipping, but it just didn't like me
